The results indicate localisation of NO3− within the rhizosphere of biochar-amended soils which has implications for NO3− loss and improved nitrogen use efficiency.
The results of the trafficking studies with activated V γ9V δ2 T cells reported here indicate localisation of V γ9V δ2 T cells at a large tumour site from as early as 1 h after infusion, with maximal activity at 4 h and persistence for at least 48 h.
The green spots indicated the localisation of micrometre-sized UHMWPE wear particles within the cells, which were also localised around the periphery of the nuclei (Fig. 11b).
