Physicochemical characterization with a combination of techniques including UV vis spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy indicate the preparation of aqueous dispersion of rGO and the formation of CNDs rGO hybrids.
