'indeed has been' is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
You can use this phrase to express that something is true and has happened. For example, "The project indeed has been completed on time."
Cluster synchronization indeed has been extensively addressed by various control strategies.
Mr. Mottola, indeed, has been trying to shore up the business.
The budget was a disaster, as indeed has been the entire economic strategy.
