Any direct incremental expenses associated with privacy risk mitigation is miniscule (in dollar terms) compared to the benefits of a higher share price valuation that is associated with lower risk.
The report did not take into account required investments in social protection, large-scale water supply and sanitation infrastructure, incremental investment needs for climate change mitigation and adaptation for ecosystems, and changes to the composition and scale of current infrastructure investments.

For simulations requiring incremental increases in the level of required GHG emissions mitigation, our results suggest that reducing emissions would lead to a net benefit for health which increases until the emissions are reduced radically, at which point the health benefits may decline (figure 1).
Key drivers include: the falling cost per kilowatt in real terms as well as those reductions stimulated by the feed-in tariffs; continued efficiency improvements – plus 10-20% and further incremental efficiency improvements are likely to continue until 2016; risk mitigation against price increases through self-generation; training and upskilling of labour will make installation easier and cheaper.
Some modifications may be needed to properly identify and find mitigation strategies for sensitive conditions where field evidence suggests that the incremental removal of biomass, or other forms of intensive management, may not be sustainable.
