The figures shows that an increase in the task transfer threshold value would increase the utilization level of CPTs and lower the utilization level of CPTs.
In contrast to the two-dimensional computer-based cursor pointing tasks, the control over the amplitude and the duration of the forces generated becomes more complicated with an increase in the task's dimensionality or in the number of degrees of freedom related to the participating muscles and joints.
Within the pre- and post-groups, the RMSD value decreased for HWL, just because the tracking task got automated when the subjects cross a certain threshold level of workload and the stress level increased in the task, as shown in Fig. 2.

Taken together, both of our findings strongly support the view that, for attention-demanding cognitive tasks, anxiety modulates both the up-regulation of cognitive control (associated with increased activity in the task-positive network) and the down-regulation of default-mode processes (associated with decreased activity in the task-negative, or default-mode, network).
No increase in the number of tasks was revealed during the study period (Figure 6).
So an increase in the number of tasks can decrease their average execution time.
To further investigate these interactions, we performed a functional connectivity analysis to identify regions to which effective connectivity from these regions increases in the space tasks of the tool action condition compared with the insertion action condition.
