Grave I included two groupings of bones that we interpret as separate interment episodes identified as Burials A and B (Figure 3).
The AMOVA calculations included two separate groupings.
The first model included four class groupings: bacterial, composed of pure Gram-positive, pure Gram-negative, and mixed bacterial infections; fungal; unknown or none; and none of these.
Finally, the Cellular Component ontology included three major groupings namely polysome, melanosome, and the respiratory chain, which are likely related to the role of the liver rather than any shared cold-modifications to these transcriptomes.
Outliers in these groupings included two mosaic strains more closely related to the West African strains, and a single mosaic strain, YJM1399.
The same logic applied to the tree made of concatenated ribosomal protein sequences, which included two other non-trivial bacterial groupings, Aquifex-Thermotoga and Synechocystis-Mycobacterium-Deinococcus, the latter joining the Gram-positive branch.
The Globes, which are handed out by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, include four Best Actor groupings, two for film and two for television, categorizing for dramas and musicals or comedies.

Mat Maneri took part in a few other potent groupings, including one —with the clarinetist David Rothenberg, the cellist Daniel Levin and the bassist Barre Phillips — that distantly evoked his father's early experience in klezmer bands.
The questionnaire data revealed more nuanced groupings, including seven types of current teachers, and three types of former teachers (Fig. 1).
