"inception meeting" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to the initial meeting or discussion that marks the beginning of a project, business, or idea. An example of using "inception meeting" in a sentence is: "The team gathered for their inception meeting to discuss the goals and objectives of the new project."
