Lean back in your splits.
Sit in your splits for 1 minute a day, after you stretch everywhere else.
Once sitting comfortably in your splits, lean backwards to grab your back leg, hold for 30 seconds, repeat each leg.
If you're not flat in your splits, stretch daily and try and make it all the way to the floor.

What if you can't keep your back leg straight in your split leap?
