Hence, the specificity of QFTGIT was found to be 58.2% (95% CI, 44.1 to 71.3). Figure 1 shows the mean levels of IFNγ induced by the specific antigens (ESAT-6, CFP-10 and TB7.7) in three sub groups (culture positive, culture negative and control healthy subjects) of the study participants.
