In the first screening, women reported about abuse for the "past 12 months", but at screenings two and three, they reported about abuse: "since the last time you were interviewed" [ 19].
Secondly, seven factors pre-selected in the first screening were reassessed using a Plackett Burman 12.
Active compounds identified in the first screening round are the basis for further in silico studies and optimisation steps.
With this insight, four new SPE materials were formulated and synthesized based on the surface characteristics of the best SPE material found in the first screening.

In the first screening experiment, a significant QTL for shoot Na K ratio was detected in the Saltol region on chromosome 1, with an LOD of 7.6 and R2 of 27%, along with a similar QTL for the root Na K ratio (Table 1, Fig. 1).
When the samples that tested positive in the first screening were tested using confirmatory Western blots and NAT, only one sample was positive and the other 26 samples were negative (Fig. 1).
Therefore, it is unlikely that the false-positive rate observed in the first screening was influenced by medical conditions including pregnancy and testing factors such as quality control and performance in the reference laboratory.
Among registered women, 81% participated in the first screening round.
Of them, 20 794 (69%) participated in the first screening round.
We identified two novel heterozygous variants among the 133 index patients in the first screening set.
