Referring to strategic HRD processes, research is concerned with the services, roles, and contributions that organizational members like senior and line managers or HR executives undertake in the course of strategic alignment (Tyson 1997; Truss 2001).
In the course of the alignment procedure, the target signal serves as a template for matching chromatographic peaks of every signal from the whole set [ 19].
