In the future, it would thus be exciting to explore the role of these miRNAs in targeted experiment in the context of clock-regulated biological pathways.
Obviously, clocks and their relations are additionally needed to describe the data flow in the context of refined clocks, and the extended intermediate format contains all this technical information.
