Inducing slow waves through TRN stimulation has very little effect on the magnitude or phase of cross-cortical dynamics (in the aforementioned paragraph, Figure 1 figure supplement 8).
As stated in the aforementioned paragraph, an analysis of the satisfaction of crosslinks in the best scoring cluster shows that whereas intra-modular Mediator crosslinks (residue-residue distances within modules) are 95% satisfied in this cluster, inter-modular crosslinks (residue-residue distances between modules) are only 10% satisfied.
Moreover, as discussed in aforementioned paragraphs, the type, intensity and duration of exercise may result in different glycemic responses [ 182].
Multiple studies support that clustering mediates digital activation in NF-κB signaling (discussed in the aforementioned subsection) though we discuss other cases where additional factors may contribute (Introduction, first paragraph).
This statement, repeated in the last paragraph of the aforementioned subsection, should also be removed.
b) In the fifth paragraph of the aforementioned subsection, neither initial nor boundary conditions are stated.
For example, one of the reviewers struggles greatly with the authors defining shear in terms of "the negative change in average triangle elongation" (in the third paragraph of the aforementioned subsection and then seemingly contradicted in the fourth paragraph).
In the last paragraph of the aforementioned subsection comes the conclusion of three of the models, "Taken together, [these] models suggest that Purkinje cell disruption is accompanied by deficits in learning".
However an alternative explanation is that instead of losing many of these so called 'core' genes, they have simply undergone significant sequence divergence in the apicomplexan lineage, which might not be so surprising given the considerable changes in host tropism, life cycle, morphology etc. (in the first paragraph of the aforementioned subsection).
