The only slight difference was that the first measure was taken at 12 hours after exercise in the bench-stepping trials but at a set time, 9 pm, in the running study.
In other words, follow-up times were at 12, 24, 36, 48 hours and so on in the bench-stepping trial but at approximately 8, 20, 32, 44.... 116 hours in the running study.
The trial headquarters is located at UNN Clinical Research Centre where they have experience in running multicenter studies.
