To determine the target(s) of binding, we probed SDS PAGE-fractionated erythrocyte ghosts in overlay assays with intact or rPfSUB1-processed rMSP1-Dwt.
The extraction of low DOPU values from Fig. 4 d) yield a satisfying image in the overlay with the intensity B-scan in Fig. 4 e).
