Immunofluorescent staining of thymic sections, derived from Dox-treated TetO-Dkk1 mice, revealed a significant reduction in total Ki67+ cells in both male and female animals (Figure 10A&B) with the most dramatic reduction in cycling cells and the most significant disruption in normal epithelial organization (detected with Pan-keratin staining), observed in male mice (Figure 10A).
