Through mobile banking, m-commerce and 24-hour customer support, consumers are now able to engage in multiple service experiences at the same time.
Moreover, current services continue to lack coordination [ 2, 16– 18], despite the importance of effective cross-sectoral collaboration in meeting the needs of individuals involved in multiple service sectors [ 8, 17, 19] such as youth with concurrent disorders [ 6].
The inter-rater reliability results from the early use of the new suite of interRAI instruments shows that most of the items in these instruments work very well in multiple service settings.
