We recruited a convenience sample of 31 adults who work and live in the Boston, Massachusetts (USA), area by posting announcements and flyers in multiple office buildings, as well as through word of mouth.
The startup, which is headquartered in New York with multiple offices in India, today announced an undisclosed investment from high-profile entertainment industry executive Guy Oseary, the man who manages U2, Madonna, and countless other top music acts.
But Michael Rendino, who made an unsuccessful bid for a State Assembly seat in the Bronx in 2010 and is now organizing Mr. Santorum's efforts in New York, said the campaign intended to open multiple offices in the state within days.
"It is my sense that bankers feel better in these kind of offices than as anonymous tenants in a multiple office building," he said.
The company, which has over 300 employees, is based in downtown Boston with multiple offices around the world.
The startup has expanded its global footprint over the past year, opening multiple offices in the U.S. and entering into a series of strategic partnerships with companies including Clear2Pay and Cloudera.
Microsoft apparently has established its largest R&D campus outside the US in the 'City of Pearls', and other names on the list of companies with one or multiple offices in Hyderabad include Google, Alcatel Lucent, Amazon, HP, Dell, IBM, Motorola, Oracle and Deloitte.
