In this article, we do not use standard SCTP, since standard SCTP can result in a long interruption time during a handover[17].
Each CT scan was assigned a specific interruption time in the range of 30 60 s following search onset.
Theoretical analysis and simulation results illustrate that our proposed mechanism performs better than the original SIP and MIH combined handover mechanism in terms of service interruption time and packet loss.
These phenomena could be explained by considering AlAs/In0.53Ga0.47As interface problems, such as well-size fluctuations in the atomic layer scale, rather than impurity effects since a low-energy peak is not observed in samples with an interruption time of 40 s.
Indeed, in case that the user leaves the cell or completes its call before the call is interrupted, it is not possible to know the actual value of this interruption time since, in this case, call interruption due to the arrival of primary users actually never happens.
The simulation result of the average PSNR of all the clients for each frame for different packet scheduling and resource management algorithms integrating with our proposed segment request scheme AR is shown in Fig. 8, and the interruption time experienced by each client by employing our proposed segment request scheme AR is shown in Fig. 9.
Moreover, the characteristics of the video transmission have been not fully utilized in current DASH services and long interruption time will yield poor QoE.
In summary, we find some problems which still need to be addressed for DASH services over TCP as follows: (1) the limitation of the video segment representations cannot keep pace with the change of wireless channel states; (2) the characteristics of the video transmission have been not fully utilized in current DASH services; (3) long interruption time will yield poor QoE.
In Figure 6a, c, with interruption times of 10 and 60 s, respectively, the PL spectra are dominated by two luminescence peaks, in which low-energy peak A is at about 755 mev and peak B is at 805 mev, while there is only a luminescence peak B (804.7 mev) with an interruption time of 40 s in Figure 6b.
As shown in Figure 4, I-V asymmetry is very sensitive to interruption time.
