Affinity chromatography is a widely used method for the purification of recombinant proteins expressed in different expression host platforms.
Various SAK-based multifunctional recombinant proteins were constructed and expressed in different expression system in earlier studies to reduce the reocclusion and bleeding complications.
The expression levels of a gene expressed in different expression libraries were estimated by calculating average expression values in all libraries considered (Supplementary Tables S2 and S3 contain library information).
