The MPI (metal pollution index) value for Spinach was very high compared to other vegetables analysed and suggested to take less amount in diet of local people.
The results suggested that lead inclusion in diet of birds had negative effects on the performance while propolis supplements improved the growth, nutrient utilization and carcass yield.
In conclusion, soybean, canola and fish oils up to 3% separately or binary-blend of these oils in equal proportions (also up to 3%) can be used in diet of fattening lambs.
