Overall, in Ghsr deficient mice, UAG modulated by greater than 2-fold the signal from 374 Probe Set IDs in WAT, 131 in muscle and 151 in liver (data corrected using the Benjamini-Hochburg multiple testing method, with effects considered significant at p<0.05).
