It was only in 2000, when in collaboration with the Danish Health Ministry, guidelines for QMS implementation were developed and published [ 8].
The Agency for Quality Assurance of the Spanish Ministry of Health will promote implementation in collaboration with the 17 Regional Healthcare Authorities through dissemination, coordination and follow-up.

In 2006 our research group, in collaboration with the Radboud Hospital in Nijmegen, started a study on the implementation of invitation based population screening with FOBt in two regions of the Netherlands.
