Unfortunately, our analyses could not distinguish whether the m1A58 co-exists in cis with the τm5s2U anticodon wobble base modification.
Importantly, approximately half of these genes were upregulated in cis with increased transcription from the sperm allele specifically (dark red triangles in Fig. 2c).
