Measuring instruments should be calibrated according to a standard and adjusted in case of deviation [ 16].
In the case of deviation between the two assessments, the final finding was established by a third assessment.
In case of deviations, respective specific calibrations must be initiated.
For internal quality control during the study, a blinded second evaluation of the slides will be conducted by a second microscopist and in case of important deviation between the two readings, the procedures will be revised.
The investigated patients are expected to benefit from this study, since in case of detected deviations between planned and actual treatment delivery a proper intervention (e.g., correction) could be performed in a subsequent irradiation fraction.

In case of a deviation, we have provided justification using our biochemical data.
In case of major deviations from ANCOVA requirements, appropriate non-parametric methods are applied.
In cases of obvious deviation from normality, continuous variables were also tested with the Wilcoxon test.
In the case of diclofenac, deviations between predicted and observed plasma concentrations were attributable to the large variability in gastric emptying time of the enteric-coated tablets.
