The specific API groups included in the incidence comparisons were Asian Indian/Pakistani (combined, due to SEER coding rules [ 11]), Chinese, Filipino, Guamanian, Native Hawaiian, Japanese, Kampuchean, Korean, Laotian, Samoan, Tongan, and Vietnamese.
