As IMPUTE outputs posterior probability of each potential genotype, to facilitate the comparison, the imputed genotype was defined as the one that had the highest posterior probability.
In Step 1, two values of the NMP22 test (output) were imputed in Dataset 5 using complete samples that included known values for age, gender, urine cytology, FISH and Cxbladder Detect as inputs.
