Other important aspect was the impact of time-frequency resolution based on the observations that the best estimates of attributes of noise are obtained by using relatively long observation windows and frequency smoothing provides significant improvements to robust recognition.
On univariate analysis, the baseline value of ADHDRS-IV-PI total score was a significant predictor of the time to improvement, robust improvement, and an ADHDRS-IV-PI ≤18, but not of a CGI-ADHD-S score of ≤2.
However by day 7 the hGDABMP group showed a robust improvement to 3.75+/−1.5 mistakes, and by 28 days post injury/transplantation, the last time point tested, the 9W-1 hgroupP group made an average of only 3.0+/−0.7 mistakes, compared to 5.5+/−1.0 and 5.1+/−0.8 mistakes for hGPC treated and control groups respectively (p<0.05, Fig. 5 B).
If administrative data continue to be used for the purposes of HAI surveillance, benchmarking or payment, improvement to existing algorithms and their robust validation is imperative.
Again, the performance improvements appear to be robust to term size.
Higher baseline ADHDRS-IV-PI scores (indicative of more severe ADHD symptomatology) were associated with a shorter time to improvement and robust improvement; whereas lower baseline ADHDRS-IV-PI total scores were associated with a shorter time to attain remission.
Relative to weighted coherence minimization (WCM) and classic CoSaMP, the elaborate performance evaluations show that the FAWC and MFB-CoSaMP can independently or jointly improve accuracy of the CFO-estimation (including coarse CFO-estimation and fine CFO-estimation), and the improvement is robust to system parameters, e.g., sparsity level, number of measurements, etc.
For example, the MSE performance which is close to the CRLB is better than that of "WCM + CoSaMP", "WCM + MFB-CoSaMP", or "FAWC + MFB-CoSaMP", while the improvement is robust to the simulation parameters (e.g., sparsity level, number of measurement, and receive signal length).
If hospitals and policymakers choose to rely on administrative data for HAI surveillance, continued improvements to existing algorithms and their robust validation are imperative.
