Herein, we report the significant improvements of concentration and yield in lactic acid production from various lignocellulosic derived sugars, achieved by the carbon flux redirection through homologous recombination in T. aotearoense SCUT27.
From these curves, it can be seen that the contrast of internal and surface region are all improved after the agents applied and the improvement of 40% concentration is the best, which coincides with that of Fig. 1.
The combination of higher initial lateral speed of the gas bubble, longer retention time, and greater interfacial area led to the improvement of product concentration.
Among these species, the proper Cu incorporation contributes the improvement of acceptor concentration due to the dominant phase of Cu+, but the excessive Cu incorporation creates defect states within the band gap, increasing recombination and deteriorating interface quality, which leads to S-shape current density-voltage (J-V) characteristics.

Greater improvement of glucose concentration (138.45 g/L) and better conversion yield (52.72%) were achieved with the completion of three cycles of hydrolysis.
These important proof-of-principle data provide a basis for future optimization and improvement of protein concentration in the novel cocktail.
It should be noted that, in this proof-of-concept study, a volume ratio of only 1/9 was utilized to demonstrate the improvement of the concentration step on LFA's detection limit.
