"Possibly things have improved," said Rentzenbrink.
"At least the garbage pickup has improved," said Larry Shapiro, a resident.
"On-the-go" recycling – currently almost nonexistent – also needs to be dramatically improved, said Turner.
"Pricing power has improved," said Ms. Swonk, who is currently the association's president.
"Still very much comedy about comedy, which is a rookie thing, but generally improved," said Blake.
Of the 36 women, 31 reported their skin had improved, said Marc Maisel, a company founder.
"Overall, his image has improved," said pollster Matthias Jung of Forschungsgruppe Wahlen.
"Certainly, the design of these structures could be improved," said Hunter Armstrong, the executive director.
