"improper of" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in written English.
Alternatives to express a similar idea could be "inappropriate for" or "not fitting for." For example: "It would be improper of me to wear a revealing outfit to a formal event." or "It's not proper for you to speak to your boss in such a disrespectful manner."
