Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-N.Y). plans to introduce legislation Tuesday to "prohibit the transfer, importation, or possession of high capacity magazines manufactured after the bill is enacted".

The money was allegedly the illicit proceeds of a drug importation operation, and was quickly transferred to domestic accounts.
