The phrase "importance rate" is grammatically correct and can be used in written English.
It refers to the level or degree of significance or value assigned to something. Example: The importance rate of education in our society has been rapidly increasing over the years.
Dissatisfied employees and a lack of protective measures have the highest importance rate for hospital reputation during a crisis.
On average, the mean importance rate (IoW) was 80.8 (16.4), the mean satisfaction rate (IoS) was 73.0 (25.6) and the mean weighted satisfaction rate (IoWS = CAM) was 72.8 (25.8).

From the mean importance rating order, we also realized that more important ethical issues were in the areas of "patient care".
