Furthermore, knock-down of Rab1, required for ER-to-Golgi transport in the secretory pathway, caused not just abundant intracellular Drs-GFP retention in Toll 10B adipocytes, but also suppression of PM excess, implicating membrane input from the secretory pathway in PM overgrowth.
