Implementing workflows using UNIX scripts and pipes of command line programs is very lightweight while still powerful.
We are currently working on expanding our use case basis by implementing workflows in the fields of metagenomics, comparative genomics, and haplotype analysis according to our methodology.
We expect that profiling may enhance the quality of species occurrence data but may also be useful when implementing workflows for geo-correction.
Thus, implementing workflows that involve orthogonal analytical tools might facilitate metabolite identification.
