Upholding such standards is a persistent challenge faced by those who implement and maintain injury surveillance systems.
This can be achieved inter alia by referring to European standards, by introducing electronic accessibility (eAccessibility) requirements for public procurement procedures and the provision of services relating to calls for tender, and by implementing legislation upholding the rights of the disabled.

Yet full accountability for ending child labor and upholding children's other fundamental rights will also require participation from citizens to ensure adequate protections are both legislated and implemented.
