The Hong Kong Basic Law, ratified by China and the UK in 1984, stipulates that "the election of the fifth chief executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the year 2017 may be implemented by the method of universal suffrage".
In the SIMP method, the design variable is relaxed and bounded in the interval [0,1], and the evolution of the design variable is usually implemented by the method of moving asymptotes (MMA), which can be used to deal with optimization problem with multiple integral constraints and bound constraint of the design variable.
In Table 5, TU-6 channel profile which is employed for computer simulations is listed, and time-varying Rayleigh fading channel model is implemented by the method in [13].
In addition, our analyses indicate that the computations implemented by these methods reflect the underlying hierarchical and categorical structure within the neural populations (Figure 8).
To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms, six illustrative examples are implemented by the two methods proposed in the previous section.
Finally, we investigate the computations implemented by the projection methods by examining the detailed composition of the lower-dimensional subspaces.
In addition, we have looked into the computations that are implemented by the projection methods, primarily focusing on MDA and PCA.
Moreover, we investigated the extent to which the computations implemented by the projection methods reflect the underlying hierarchical properties of the neural populations.
All these steps are implemented by the standard methods supplied with Mathematica 8.0 (Wolfram Research Inc., Champaign, IL, USA). Figure 3 shows a visualization of the results of the colony detection for 2i (c) and LIF/serum (d) conditions, respectively.
