It is apparent that in the pre-production phase, the most researched topic is management of the game development process, followed in this order by production-phase development platforms, programming, and implementation topics.

Trying to engage health professionals at the start of an implementation topic who may not be overly motivated by 'moderate' impact and 'moderate' evidence base is likely to be a hurdle for other implementation studies.
