The implementation of this Ministerial Decree was assigned to the Director General of Industry, Chemicals, Agriculture and Forestry.
However much the uproar, the "implementation of the decree will not be delayed," he said.
"We will demand an assessment of the decree's constitutional validity and we will ask for the implementation of the decree to be suspended until its constitutional validity is assessed," he said.
That filing came just four days before a scheduled public hearing on the implementation of the decree, and a Maryland federal court denied the motion, stating that to postpone the hearing "would be to unduly burden and inconvenience the Court, the other parties, and, most importantly, the public".
