– First of all I would like to congratulate Ms Hall on a truly comprehensive report, dedicated to improving energy efficiency and calling on the Member States that are far behind the implementation of existing legislation to take all the necessary measures.
"This is an important strategic framework within which all of us, non-governmental organizations and relevant institutions, will contribute to the implementation of necessary measures for the promotion of children's rights in BiH," said Andrea Žeravčić.
"The government has already adopted all the necessary measures — in excess of 6 percent of G.D.P. — to ensure the achievement of this objective and is rapidly progressing on the implementation of all policy and structural changes," it said.
Moreover, reforms remained incomplete as the adoption and implementation of other necessary measures (e.g., recruitment and deployment of HWs, improved pre-service training and development of non-financial incentives) were not pursued or pursued in a slow and partial manner.
