In a statement, he described the agreement as "a significant milestone for Morgan Stanley in the implementation of our strategy".

But partial or shoddy implementation of these agreements as well as refusal by government to agree on a minimum service level agreement was cited as reasons for doctor and HCW strike [ 18, 19, 28].
Leaders "expect a rapid implementation of the agreement in all its dimensions," it said.
As a result, financial markets had unrealistic expectations about the implementation of the agreement.
The Brioni Agreement also formed the basis for an observer mission to monitor implementation of the agreement in Slovenia.
The White House reacted with cautious optimism, calling for the "full and unambiguous implementation" of the agreement.
He said Greenpeace would be watching the implementation of the agreement carefully.
Moscow's implementation of the agreement would point towards the opposite conclusion.
