UNICEF is supporting the implementation of laws, policies, regulations and services that protect children from violence, exploitation and abuse, and that respond to and support victims.
Diverging interests among stakeholders hamper the development and implementation of laws, policies and regulations, as do shortages of human and financial resources.
Furthermore, this book offers potential solutions to this conflict, including suggestions for best practice implementation of law and policy recommendations for balancing and better protecting the interest of rights holders and the public in space activities.
