The paper deals with the design and implementation of chosen algorithm based on modern control theory into programmable automation controllers (PAC) used for tutorial purposes.
Entwistle et al. [ 9] proposed a contextualised sequence of activities in decision making consisting of: (a) recognition and clarification of a problem; (b) identification of potential solutions; (c) appraisal of potential solutions; (d) selection of course of action; (e) implementation of the chosen course of action; and (f) evaluation of the solution adopted.
In the case where these activities are not directly provided by hospitals, hospital healthcare professionals will need time to organize these activities within the community setting and to coordinate the actions of nurses in private practice, pharmacists and general practitioners to ensure optimal implementation of the chosen treatment strategy.
Although there have been recent efforts on the issue of system design (the complete design trajectory from identifying system requirements up to implementation), the problem of choosing and specifying a good model of a CI system is often done implicitly and sometimes even completely ignored.
Without involvement of key stakeholders from all sectors involved, it is unlikely that any of these interventions will reach an impact, since coordination and collaboration between sectors are crucial to the successful implementation and enforcement of chosen strategies.
For the purpose of practical implementation, we choose estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques (ESPRIT)[2] as the method to be applied.
In this study it is used both to verify the implementations of our chosen algorithms and additionally provide a reference backdrop against our real-world study.
For the implementation of ∝SVM, we choose alter- ∝SVM as our baseline method instead of conv- ∝SVM for the former performs better than the latter in most situations [11].
In the current implementation of EdgeSearch, we choose to avoid this non-determinism rather than extend the definition to handle these rare events.
For practical implementation, we choose a lower number of rotational searches.
