Together, these modules illustrate diverse implementation modalities and provide useful examples to guide future extensions (see Supplementary Material).
Some programs are implemented in a vertical fashion with distinct implementation modalities and information systems, and limited attempts are being made to harmonize messages for behavior change across programs.
