This chapter discusses the fundamentals of quantum mechanics and the Schrodinger wave equation in designing the RQNN, traditional and revised RQNN models, pseudocode for RQNN, understanding the RQNN parameters, numerical implementation, and implementing the RQNN model for filtering simple signals.
Monitoring community members' attitudes toward study activities and promoting community involvement were key elements of intervention development and helped study staff to troubleshoot implementation problems and implement adaptations with the support of intervention communities.
An analytical framework comprising six stages of change, divided into three phases, was used: pre-implementation (create awareness, commit to implementation); implementation (prepare to implement, implement) and institutionalisation (integrate into routine practice, sustain new practices).

We focus on barriers in three stages of the policy process: 1) determining effective policies, which occur between policy formulation and decision making; 2) coordinating policymakers around the policies, in advance of implementation; and 3) implementing identified policies, as labeled in Fig. 1.
