There's an arsenal of tools and advice to implement behaviour change tactics, and a wonderful array of pilots, initiatives and examples to learn from.
Another study of combination prevention in Kenya found that it was usually most cost-effective to first implement behaviour change interventions, followed by early ART, and then PrEP [ 33].
Finally, implementing behaviour change is replete with challenges not least of which is stakeholder engagement.

Given the qualitative nature of the follow-up study, and hence the small numbers, we do not know what proportion of all Twenty-07 Study participants who received a feedback letter would have implemented behaviour change in light of their feedback results.
Community-based participatory women's group interventions have been found to be particularly effective in implementing behaviour change amongst mothers and potential birth attendants with positive effects on newborn birth outcomes [ 21- 23], and further research is urgently needed as to the effectiveness of this intervention in sub-Saharan Africa.

While 1 year may be too short a time to see all the benefits of a weight management intervention, the majority of participants found the Camwel programme helpful suggesting that they will continue to accrue benefit as they implement the behaviour change techniques learned during the study.
