"But if you get somebody involved in a narrative or a story about people getting impacted by an issue, they can identify with it so much more deeply or empathetically".

Before the enactment of new laws and regulations, governmental agencies conduct reviews of research and review recommendations to determine the potential impact of an issue on the environment and human health.
The scale is much smaller than last year's issues, impacting a little over 10,000 units, and thus far no injuries or property damage has been reported.
