Mark Richardson: a universal impact spectrum is the current direction of travel – the central message of this vision is a move away from seeing social enterprise as a happy mid-point on a scale from traditional charity to for-profit business, and instead seeing all organisations and businesses judged equally according to their social impact (positive or negative).
