It is clear from the imaging panels that Zyflamend increased p21 levels per cell (+72%) and increased nuclear accumulation (+40%).
The mass had high signal intensity on T1-weighted images (Panels A and B, arrows) consistent with fat, which attenuated on fat-suppression imaging (Panels C and D, arrows).

To appreciate the optical sectioning obtained with our setup, Fig. 2(b) shows the orthogonal view along the dashed line in Fig. 2(a) for one-photon imaging (left panel) and TF patterned illumination (right panel).
The broadband focusing capabilities and the miniaturization of microlenses and their arrays proposed opens a great potential for such applications as high-resolution imaging, flat panel displays, beam collimating for optical fibers, and high-efficiency solar cells.
