The phrase 'image up' is not correct and usable in written English.
It is not a common phrase and could be misinterpreted. If you are looking to describe a phrase related to creating an image or picture, you could use the phrase "build up an image." For example, "I wanted to build up an image of a beach by adding sand, shells, and a beach umbrella."
